Relai runs the website onrelai.com. This policy explains what we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
What you type into the contact form: your name, company and email, and if you choose, a phone number and a note.
Basic technical data that any website receives, like your IP address and browser type. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Your language choice (English or Hebrew), saved only in your own browser.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.
Why we use it
To reply to you, see if Relai fits your business, and set up a meeting if you want one.
To keep the site running and safe.
No law requires you to give us this information. Without your email, we just can't reply.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the site: our hosting and security provider, the service that delivers form messages to our inbox, and our email provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
Some of them process data outside Israel, under contracts that protect it.
We never sell your data, never add you to a mailing list, and never use it to train AI.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.
If you become a client, your data is kept as your written agreement with us says.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@onrelai.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Keeping it safe
The site runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who need your message can see it.
Client data
When a business uses Relai, its data is used only to do its work, as set out in a separate written agreement.
Client data is never used to train AI. We only use providers that commit to this.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
